Voly was created in 2016, when a team of determined and excited individuals identified a gap in the yachting market, they had an idea to create a single platform to meet the needs of the yachting industry.
From humble beginnings, offering a simple expense management platform. Voly is proud to be; the only multi-currency accounting software with a fully integrated prepaid Mastercard and FX payment platform designed specifically for the yachting industry.
The business has also expanded into providing accounting software for the management of multi-assets such as property, aircraft and other family office assets.

Founder & Group CEO, Ian Flanagan started his early career as a professional tennis player, winning a Gold Medal at the Youth Olympics. In 2004, Ian went on to beat Mark Philippoussis in the opening round of the Stella Artois Championship at Queen's Club eventually reaching the last 16 of the championships. That same summer Ian reached the 3rd round at Wimbledon doubles including playing his 1st Round match on the sacred Centre Court at The All England Club. Following on from that, an injury forced Ian into early retirement from the sport, but this competitive drive and ambition continued, with Ian moving into the business arena.
