Voly Prepaid
Mastercard Integration
The integrated Voly Prepaid Mastercard allow transactions to be automatically uploaded to the accounting software with no need to spend time reconciling credit card statements. Simply top-up the card with funds via bank transfer and start spending. Each card transaction is automatically uploaded to your Voly account, meaning no forgotten transactions and no more monthly reconciliations. Just add a photo of your receipt, categorise the spend and your expenses are complete.
Mobile App
Accounting on the go has never been easier. The Voly app allows users to manage expenses with flexibility and ease. View cash and card account balances, log transactions and approve transactions and requests, freeing up valuable time. Using the App, users can upload a photograph of their receipt and file their expenses in just a few clicks. The mobile App has offline functionality, meaning that users can upload expenses or invoices and it will automatically synchronise with the web app as soon as they regain connection.
