Implementation Administrator

Role Overview

The role of the Implementation Administrator is to assist the Head of Implementation in all matters relating to client onboarding. You will be responsible for supporting the creation of new client accounts, setting up subscriptions within the Voly platform and liaising with key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in providing a seamless onboarding experience to our clients in both our yachting and music industries. It is a hugely varied role with a lot of direct contact with clients. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously when required. You will work closely with multiple departments throughout the business within the operations, finance and sales teams to successfully manage each phase of the on-boarding process from signing to completion.

This is a crucial role within Voly’s Operations team. The implementation phase of a client’s journey will have a huge impact on their overall experience; it is essential to client satisfaction, retention, adoption of the system and ultimately the client relationship.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

· Support introductory meetings with the client to understand their needs and explain the implementation process.

· Work with the client to understand their current processes and requirements and ensure this is correctly documented and reflected within their set up within the Voly platform.

· Support the Client On-Boarding from ticket creation to completion.

· Support with the project management of the onboarding process to ensure all internal stakeholders are actively completing their sections of the ticket and updating with comments where appropriate.

· Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are paid, SaaS contracts are signed and returned, due diligence is complete, wallets/floats are opened, cards are in hand, training has taken place and assets are live in both the secure system and Zoho CRM.

· Consistent communication between you and the client with regards to all aspects of onboarding.

· Creation of client accounts within the Voly platform.

· Answer queries that will come via chats, phone and email.

· Support both yachting and music and other areas of the business that we expand into.

· Fully understand the Voly integrated software to enable you to support your clients.

· Understand a high level overview of the application and card processes.
