We provide unique online software for managing the finances of yachts and businesses within the music industry. Voly’s software also incorporates a multi-currency foreign exchange (FX) solution. In addition, Pinpoint Works, a specialist software business, provides simple, effective work list and project management solution for yachting.
Continual investment in new technology, like our app, integrated prepaid card, FX/payment systems, and our project integration enable Voly to provide a superior software solution. Voly has also recently added a HR and payroll solution to our extensive suit of products to further support our client's needs.

Role
Our Implementation team provides a seamless onboarding experience for clients when they first choose to use one, or multiple, of our software products. The client’s onboarding experience sets the tone for their relationship with Voly; it is a crucial phase in the client’s journey, and it is essential for client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Within the team, you will report to the Implementation Manager but work closely with the Implementation Coordinator as well as our dedicated training, compliance, account management and finance teams. Having been founded in 2016, Voly has retained its start-up mentality which means that it is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which will allow the right candidate to thrive. In light of Voly Group’s recent acquisition of other software packages, our team will soon begin onboarding across multiple products, so this is an exciting time to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who will always have the client and their needs in mind. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual who is a natural communicator. There is room for progression within our team and the wider business, so this is an excellent role for somebody ambitious and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will:
Support the coordinator during introductory meetings with clients to understand their needs
Create the client’s accounts within our various software packages, ensuring that this reflects their desired set-up
Project manage each client’s onboarding from the moment the sale is agreed to the account being handed over to a dedicated Client Relationship Manager
Review and maintain our internal onboarding tracker (within our CRM) to ensure that onboardings are always progressing as they should
Work closely with our dedicated training and compliance teams to ensure that their part of the onboarding process is as smooth as possible
Communicate with clients by email and telephone, chasing them for any missing information and assisting them with any system queries that arise during their onboarding
Adhere to our ISO 27001 standard to ensure that client data is handled in the correct manner
Requirements
An excellent standard of written and verbal English
Competent using Outlook, Excel and word
Confident to speak to clients over Microsoft Teams/voice calls
Outstanding attention to detail
High level of organisation
Ability to prioritise
Ability to work to SLAs/KPIs
