Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger
Location: Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Greater Manchester

Voly’s software also incorporates a multi-currency foreign exchange (FX) solution. In addition, Pinpoint Works, a specialist software business, provides simple, effective work list and project management solution for yachting.

Responsibilities
Prepare invoices for all Group companies
Maintain the Voly CRM system (HubSpot)
Reconcile the bank receipts
Undertake credit control function for overdue invoices
Build relationships with key customers – Internal and external
Support other team members with any adhoc projects
Produce regular reports on aged debtor analysis
About you
To be considered as an Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger, you will need:
Sales ledger experience, including both invoicing and credit control
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work as part of a wide and dynamic team
Experience with working with Excel and Xero
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25-28,000 per year, depending on experience
