Voly Group starts the yachting season at The Superyacht Technology Show

With the yachting season upon us, Voly and Pinpoint Works were delighted join the third edition of the Superyacht Technology Show which took place at the World Trade Centre, a stunning waterfront venue in Barcelona.

The first ever show dedicated purely to superyacht technology the Superyacht Technology Show hosted inspiring global technology speakers, technology thought leaders, immersive hands-on demos, and workshops over the two day event. With dedicated areas for yachting industry professionals to learn, share and be inspired.

Voly Group and Pinpoint Works teams engaged with new and existing clients at the show, as well as leaders from the industry while learning about the latest technology and innovations in yachting. The event allowed the team to connect with many friendly faces such as yacht captains, crew, engineers, and fleet managers many of which use the Voly and Pinpoint Works platforms on their boats or within their teams.

On day one, Stuart Boyd - Head of Business Development presented on the Discovery Stage, highlighting the challenges of communication in the superyacht industry. and how Voly and Pinpoint Works can help improve yacht work list management and financial management. Followed by open discussions with the audience.

The two day show was indeed a success, bringing together key industry stakeholders and while showcasing the latest technology and innovations in the marine space. Confirming that the season is well under way and that the yachting industry is moving fast with technology and innovation at the forefront of everyone’s minds, the industry is embracing technology more than ever which is great to see and be part of.
